Courtney Brandt

Courtney Brandt is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and certified special education teacher. She holds a Master's degree in Special Education from Ball State University. She has worked with individuals of various ages and abilities diagnosed with autism, developmental disabilities, social communication difficulties, and behavior disorders for 13 years in school, home, and community environments. Her goal is to help individuals increase meaningful relationships with others and improve personal independence within the home, school, and community utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. When not working, she enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time with her family and pets.

Erin Elfers

Erin Elfers is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and certified special education teacher with a Master's in Special Education (M.Ed) from Vanderbilt University. She has over a decade of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, social communication difficulties, and behavior disorders across a variety of ages and abilities. She has worked with school districts in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio, and Kentucky, as well as in several home, school, and community settings in the US, Switzerland, and France. She primarily uses a cognitive-behavioral approach heavily grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) when teaching social skills and working to decrease problem behaviors.
