Heather started working with PSBG in January 2020, after finishing her first semester at the University of Dayton for a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis. Heather stumbled across this field by accident and fell in love with it. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University in Outdoor Recreation and Education. Heather loved working at camps for children and teens with special needs and wanted to be able to see all the new skills that campers learned. Heather says, “ABA allows me to see that change over a longer period of time. Outside of ABA, I love hanging out with my cat, Phillip, and my boyfriends cat, Kiwi. We absolutely love taking Phillip and Kiwi on hikes with us, along with having family game night with my sisters, parents, and nephew.”
