Courtney McCarroll

Courtney McCarroll is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Positive Solutions Behavior Group, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, which she established in 2012. Before founding PSBG, Courtney spent 12 years as a special education teacher, where she developed a passion for helping children of all ages with diverse developmental and behavioral needs. Her experience inspired a vision to extend compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy beyond the classroom by supporting children and families in their homes, schools, and communities.

Under Courtney’s leadership, Positive Solutions Behavior Group has remained committed to delivering individualized ABA services that empower children to build meaningful skills, increase independence, and achieve lasting success. She is dedicated to creating a family-centered environment where children receive high-quality, personalized care while parents and caregivers feel supported throughout every step of their journey.

Courtney is equally passionate about building a collaborative workplace where Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and the entire clinical team feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow professionally. She believes that investing in compassionate leadership, continuous learning, and clinical excellence allows Positive Solutions Behavior Group to make a meaningful, lasting impact on the lives of the children and families they serve.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and participating in animal-assisted activities with her therapy dog.
