Gena Forsyth

Gena Forsyth serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Positive Solutions Behavior Group, where she is dedicated to building strong teams, enhancing operational excellence, and creating systems that empower children, families, and employees to thrive. A lifelong resident of Kenton County, Kentucky, Gena was born and raised in Northern Kentucky and is proud to continue raising her family in the community she has always called home.

Gena earned her Bachelor of Science in Management from Northern Kentucky University. She began her career in local government, where she developed a passion for serving her community and helping others succeed. That passion led her to Positive Solutions Behavior Group, where she is honored to support a mission centered on delivering compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and helping children and families achieve meaningful, lasting progress.

Gena’s connection to the mission of Positive Solutions Behavior Group is deeply personal. Through her own experiences, she has witnessed the life-changing impact that Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) can have on children and their families. This perspective inspires her commitment to fostering a supportive, family-centered environment where children can reach their fullest potential, families feel empowered, and team members are equipped to make a meaningful difference every day.

As Chief Operating Officer, Gena works closely with the leadership team to strengthen organizational processes, support clinical excellence, and promote a culture of collaboration, compassion, and continuous growth. She believes every milestone is made possible by dedicated professionals working together to deliver high-quality, individualized care that helps children build meaningful skills and families thrive.
